About

The Dotto mini train runs along Eastbourne seafront, stopping at lots of great tourist spots along the way.

The train runs from Holywell Retreat to Sovereign Harbour, Atlantic Drive - calling at Wish Tower slopes, Eastbourne Pier, Fisherman's Green, Fort Fun and Sovereign Centre.

Dotto is for everyone to enjoy, there are facilities to accommodate wheelchair users in the rear carriage... and even your pooch can hitch a ride for free! (Dogs must be well behaved at all times).

Guide Prices

In 2023 Dotto costs just £2.50 for a single ride (£1.40 for children aged 5 to 15).

Hop on - hop off all day with our ‘Dotto DayRider’ ticket for just £5 per day (£2.50 for children aged 5 to 15).

A 'ride' is any single journey the length of the route, or between any two intermediate stops.

Dotto is a turn-up-and-go service which operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. Pre-booking is not available.

* Operates every weekend from 1 April to 1 October, plus
- daily from Saturday 1 April to Sunday 16 April
- daily from 27 May to 1 October
- Dotto will not operate 17-20 August.
